Dr. Daniel Bollier
Dr. Bollier graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry. Following Optometry school, he completed a residency program at Indianapolis Eye Care Center where he received extensive training in Primary Eye Care and Low Vision/Vision Rehabilitation training. He is a member of the American and Indiana Optometric Associations as well as a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
Dr. Bollier has a passion for teaching as he has given lectures to Optometry students and other Optometrists. He was an Assistant Instructor for four courses throughout Optometry School and enjoyed working with the students during his residency as a consulting Optometrist.
Dr. Bollier is serving as Adjunct Faculty of IU and trains four different Optometry fourth-year externs every year at Allisonville Eye Care Center.
Dr. Bollier is certified to fit Orthokeratology lenses Paragon CRT lenses as well as MiSight lenses both specialty-designed contact lenses to treat myopia and control myopia growth.
Throughout his time in school and as an Optometrist, Dr. Bollier has been able to travel on 3 Optometry Mission trips to El Salvador. Here he helped perform eye exams and give glasses to those who have not had access to eye care. Dr. Bollier served as Vice President of the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists during his time in school.
Dr. Bollier loves spending time with his wife and three young daughters. He is a big Indiana sports fan and enjoys spending time with friends.
Dr. Sydney Lee
We have recently welcomed a new doctor, Dr. Sydney Lee, to Allisonville Eye Care Center. Dr. Lee graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry. She attended Indiana University for her undergraduate degree as well and received a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology. She is a member of the American Optometric Association. Dr. Lee has special interest in dry eye and pediatric exams.
Dr. Lee is from Fishers, Indiana and loves being able to serve members of the community she grew up in. She has a passion for giving back and has volunteered to give eye exams to an underprivileged population, both locally and to children in Jamaica. She severed as a board member for Volunteer Optometrist Services to Humanity while in optometry school with the goal of providing eye health resources to those without access.
In her free time, Dr. Lee loves to spend time with her husband, young son, and with her 3 dogs and cat. She loves to listen to audiobooks, podcasts and watch movies. She loves to explore local restaurants and coffee shops and would love to know your recommendations! Dr. Lee is accepting new patients and is looking forward to helping you with all of your eye care needs.
